Fried or bust!

We're going to fry a turkey today. We're down in Kill Devil Hills for the holiday weekend and I brought down my turkey frier (that I use to boil Wort) and I've watched a few YouTube videos - so I'm a certified pro! We've set up a pulley contraption just off the deck stairs and are all set to git'r'fried!
